The menu offers a wide-ranging variety of appetizers, entrees, and a tasting menu with wine pairing. Molasses is a peaceful restaurant at the Beach Golf Club House for a casual lunch for golfers or a chic dining experience. The food is a combination of local and traditional with a creative twist. Sea Grapes is a modern outdoor dining area with an open-air brick pizza oven. The menu has a little bit of everything. The restaurant also offers food and drinks for those sitting by the pool and beach. The bar is open from 11am-7pm offering the hotel’s specialty organic cocktails or taste Puerto Rico’s premium rums. Each Saturday night the guests are invited for fire pit nights with s’mores and storytelling. Great fun for all! Dress code is beach attire for lunchtime and island smart casual for dinner.
