Established in 1981 by Marla B. Schaffer, President and CEO, who opened the agency with years of diversified travel experience behind her, Leaders In Travel’s primary goal is to maintain superior service, our #1 most important attribute. Progressive and highly personalized, we are exceptionally proud of our level of agent experience and training. Hand chosen, highly skilled travel professionals, our staff is comprised of 33 talented, world-traveled individuals, who have collectively visited over 300 countries and cruised over 100 voyages. As a member of the LIT staff, each agent is required to take ongoing certification/specialist programs running the gamut from destination and product knowledge, to customer training and technology. We want to ensure that each client is properly matched with the destination or travel specialist that will meet their requirements and culminate in the most rewarding, memorable travel experience.
