Natalie is a great listener. As a result , she was able to create the perfect Italian adventures! We loved every tour, hotel and restaurant as well as every city we visited. It was a stress free, enjoyable trip thank to Natalie. Her knowledge of Italy and recommendations were spot on. I can’t wait to book my next trip with her. Having the Presidential Suite ready upon our arrival is quite a feat. Today was the most perfect day I have ever had in Paris. The weather is beyond gorgeous, lunch at LouLou was delicious, walked 10,776 steps, Ready to pop open the champagne (already devoured all the sweets) . We are so looking forward to our massages and room service with the twinkling Eiffel Tower in the background. I’m pinching myself, this day has been a dream and I have you to thank. Arrived back today after an epic vacation ! Wanted to thank you for all your hard work and perseverance with organizing this trip that was over a year in the making. All the resorts were spot on and so different. Al Maha was a good start and the Burj was over the top bling. Boat excursion was a great way to see the harbor area of Dubai as well. But… Zil Payson was by far everyone’s favorite. Six Sense puts out a very good product with the level of service, food etc., not to mention the accommodations.

I typed this on plane home, just sending now though. The trip was fantastic. We all had a terrific time and will have many fond memories for years to come. The weather was perfect, never saw a cloud in the sky and there were breezes on the islands so the heat did not bother us.

We were delighted to learn when we checked in at Mykonos that we had been upgraded to a villa overlooking the water, a view to die for, with 3 bedrooms and a pool of our own, along with champagne and cheese waiting for us when we arrived there - thank you!

Arriving in Santorini we didn’t think anything would beat our villa at the Santa Marina until we entered the Presidential Suite we had been upgraded to with an even bigger pool and more than one terrace.

Grand Bretagne beautiful rooms and what a pleasant surprise to receive a birthday cake from you. Unnecessary, but we enjoyed it and thank you. By the way the Funky Gourmet was an experience, what a restaurant, better than most in NYC, expensive but worth it.

Thanks again for planning such a special trip for us, it was as special as I had hoped.

We have just experienced the best evidence we could ask for to prove the worth of a travel agent. And, you certainly proved your worth. This trip was wonderful!

When we arrived at the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman, the desk clerk actually walked us to the Club Room while telling us how much they like working with you, your agency and your agency's customers. And, they treated us exactly as we wanted to be treated. In fact, by the second day they seemed to all know our names and all our needs and desires. The room assigned to us (because we are your clients) was on the penthouse level, overlooking the ocean and could not be better.

The food was great throughout the trip. Wednesday at the hotel's sushi restaurant, Thursday at their steakhouse (where we had Caribbean dishes that were the best we've ever had); and Friday - the piece de resistance -at their "Blue" restaurant, where they celebrated Sue's birthday with us to such a degree that Susan admitted it may not be all bad to be her age now.

I wanted this vacation to be perfect and wonderful. I could not have done it. You can and you did.

Dear Marla,
What a marvelous trip! We are still in the process of adjusting to the time change and getting back to the reality of life, but I wanted to at least touch base with you to thank you for a truly memorable experience. Cambodia ... Thailand ... Vietnam - each destination was a wonder and your incredible attention to detail was felt every step of the way. The pacing of the trip was absolutely perfect -- the kids felt they were on a real adventure but they also had time to relax. We loved each and every one of the guides -- our experience was enhanced beyond measure because of their insights, humor and thoughtful care.

At some point during the trip, I wondered if your ears were ringing as we gave many group shout outs to you. "Marla Rocks!" was a phrase repeated over and over in each destination.

Bottom line, it was an unsurpassed success. The kids said it was our best trip ever. Need I say more?

Sandy, The Ocean Club was fabulous. The place is beautiful and the ocean was a brilliant blue/green. I took two tennis lessons with Ron (he even changed my grip and I hit better than ever) and did get to the golf course to hit some golf balls. Best part was that it is so easy to get to from NY. Funny story...I was sitting at the pool with a woman from Connecticut - and obviously we got to talking. Low and behold - what travel agent does she use but Leaders in Travel. She works with Marla in your office. We both got a good laugh about it. They simply adore Leaders in Travel! What a small world. Looking forward to my next vacation. Thanks for everything.

Dear Natalie, we just wanted to thank you for arranging our honeymoon to Paris. We had an amazing time; the weather was great, the food was fabulous and the sights were amazing. When we arrived at the Castille, they upgraded us to a duplex room. We were so happy that you booked us in the central part of town, and enjoyed our stay. Also, we thought Virginia was excellent, and we were glad that we got her for our tour guide. Besides the strength of the U.S. dollar, everything else was perfect. We walked all over Paris (even went up to the top of the Eiffel Tower) and took full advantage of the Museum Pass (we went to almost all of the Museums on the pass). We were also able to squeeze in Versailles and Giverny! Thanks again for all your help and recommendations!
